Karvol Plus Inhalent Capsule is a decongestant suitable for use by adults, as well as children aged 3 months and above. Karvol Plus capsules contains Camphor, Chlorothymol, Eucalyptol, Terpinol, and Menthol. Karvol Plus improves the patient?s ability to breathe while sleeping, allowing the patient to sleep deeper and with less disturbances when suffering from a nasal congestion and colds.

Direction of use of Karvol Plus Inhalent Capsule

Karvol Plus capsule is generally prescribed for common cold, cough, airway mucus hypersecretion, blockage in nasal passages, asthma, cold sores, pain in the back and shoulder joint, respiratory tract diseases, and other conditions.

> To use, simply snip off one end of the capsule
> Pour the liquid contents onto a piece of fabric, such as a handkerchief, tissue, or bedding and inhale.
> When used to treat children or infants, ensure the fabric used is completely out of reach
> Or, put a few drops of karvol in a steam inhaler with water.
> Let steam come out of inhaler machine and you can also inhale the karvol vapor .

Uses

Inhalant (Camphor/Chlorothymol/Eucalyptol/Terpinol/Menthol) is used to clear congestion and other cold-related symptoms in order to provide a better night`s sleep. It contains natural vapours and aromatic oils such as menthol, cinnamon, and pine.

Karvol Plus Capsule works

Capsule works by lowering the histamine H1, muscarinic MG receptor-mediated bronchoconstriction, temporarily relieving minor pain, suppressing the mitochondrial respiration; relieves symptoms caused due to nasal congestion; killing the sensitive bacteria, and triggering the activities of hepatic enzymes.

Side effects
