THIORIL 50MG is used for the management of schizophrenic patients who fail to respond adequately to treatment with other antipsychotic medicines

nAre allergic to Thioridazine or any of the other ingredients of this medicine
nAre suffering from central nervous system (CNS) depression
nHave heart problem

If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor for advice before taking this medicine

CHILDREN & ADOLESCENTS

It will be given based on age, body weight and disease condition of your child

DRIVING & USING MACHINES

Some people have reported feeling dizziness while they are taking THIORIL 50MG medicines. If you feel like this, you should not drive or operate machinery

INTERACTIONS:

Tell your doctor if you are taking any of the following:

nAntidepressants (e.g:fluoxetine, paroxetine)
nBeta-blockers (e.g:propranolol, pindolol)

DIRECTIONS & FOR USE:

Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you
nSwallow the medicine whole with enough water
nDo not break, chew or crush the medicine

If you take more THIORIL 50MG

nIf you take too many medicines, tell your doctor or go to nearest hospital immediately

nIf you forget to take THIORIL 50MG
n
nTake one as soon as you remember unless it is nearly time to take the next one
nDo not take two medicines to make up for the forgotten one

nIf you stop taking THIORIL 50MG
n
nDo not stop taking this medicine without consulting your doctor
