WHAT MOXIF 400MG IS USED FOR?

MOXIF 400MG is used to treat bacterial infections include:
nCommunity-Acquired Pneumonia
nSkin and Skin Structure Infections
nComplicated Intra-Abdominal Infections
nPlague
nAcute Bacterial Sinusitis
nAcute Bacterial Exacerbation of Chronic Bronchitis

INTERACTIONS:

Talk to your doctor if you are taking or have recently taken any of the following medicines
nPain killers such as diclofenac, paracetamol
nBlood thinner (warfarin)
nMedicine to control your heart rate or rhythm (antiarrhythmic)
nAnti-psychotic medicines
nTricyclic antidepressant
nOral anti-diabetes medicine or insulin
nErythromycin
nWater pill (diuretic)
nSteroid medicines since corticosteroids taken by mouth or by injection may increase the chance of tendon injury
nAntacids, multivitamins or other product that has magnesium, aluminum, iron, or zinc
nSucralfate
nDidanosine oral suspension or solution

DIRECTIONS & FOR USE:

Take MOXIF 400MG once a day exactly as prescribed by your healthcare provider
nTake MOXIF 400MG at about the same time each day
nIt should be swallowed
nIt can be taken with or without food
nDrink plenty of fluids while taking this medicine
n
If you take more MOXIF 400MG
nContact your doctor immediately if you have taken more of this medicine
n
nIf you forget to take MOXIF 400MG
n
nTake your next dose on the day following the missed dose
n
nDo not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose
n
nIf you stop taking MOXIF 400MG
n
nDo not stop taking MOXIF 400MG even if you begin to feel better, until you finish your prescribed treatment
n

Store at room temperature (15-25°C)
nKeep away from moisture (humidity)
nKeep all medicines out of reach of children
