It is used to treat:

nItching (pruritus) caused by allergic reactions in adults and children

nHave stomach problems
nHave dementia (a loss of mental abilities such as remembering)
nHave a condition called myasthenia gravis which weakens the muscles
nHave constipation
nHave diabetes
nAre an alcoholic

Erythromycin, moxifloxacin, levofloxacin (used to treat bacterial infections)
nPentamidine (used to treat fungal infections)
nAmiodarone, quinidine, disopyramide, sotalol (used to treat heart problems or high blood pressure)
nHaloperidol (used to treat psychotic disorders)
nCitalopram, escitalopram(used to treat depression)
nPrucalopride(used to treat gastro-intestinal disorders)
nMedicines to treat allergy
nMefloquine (used to treat malaria)
nToremifene, vandetanib (used to treat cancer)
nMethadone (used to treat drug abuse or severe pain)
nBetahistine (used to treat meniere?s disease)
nPhenytoin (used to treat fits)
nAdrenaline (used to treat severe allergic reactions)
nMedicines used to treat anxiety or help you sleep
nAnticholinergic medicines(used to treat irritable bowel syndrome)
nCimetidine (used to treat stomach problems)
nMonoamine oxidase inhibitors (used to treat depression)

If you take more AVERZINE

nIf you take more of this medicine, talk to your doctor or go to your nearest hospital immediately

nIf you forget to take AVERZINE

nIf you forget a dose, take it as soon as you remember it, however if it is nearly time for the next dose skip the missed dose

nDo not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose
n
nIf you Stop taking AVERZINE

nDo not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor tells to do so

• Difficulty in breathing, swelling or fever
n• Fits (convulsions)
n• Fast heartbeat
n• Chest tightening and have trouble breathing
n• Blurred vision and difficulty focusing
n• Inability to pass urine
n• Palpitations or loss of consciousness
