Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told younThe recommended dose is 10mg, twice a daynIn case you get headaches, your doctor may give you a lower dose of 5mg, twice a day for the first 2 to 7 daysnYour doctor may increase your dose up to 20mg, twice a day.
