Talk to your doctor before using SALALIN, if you:

nAre allergic (hypersensitive) to salicylic acid (aspirin) or any of the other ingredients of SALALIN
nAre diabetic or suffer from poor blood circulation to your hands or feet

PREGNANCY & BREAST FEEDING

If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or planning to have baby, ask your doctor for advice before taking this medicine

INTERACTIONS

Tell your doctor if you are using or have recently used any other topical medications

DIRECTIONS & FOR USE

n

Always apply this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you
nSoak the affected area in warm water for 2 to 3 minutes
nDry the area thoroughly, using your own towel if you have a wart or verruca (this will help stop the infection spreading to other people)

n

Once every week, before applying fresh gel, gently rub the wart, verruca, corn or callus with the emery board provided or a pumice stone

n

Apply a thin layer on warts, verrucas, corns and calluses on sites for which it is recommended
nThe next day, carefully peel or pick off the white patch of dried gel from the wart, verruca, corn or callus
nIf removal of the white patch is difficult, carefully re-apply the gel directly over it and leave it to dry. This will thicken the white patch and make it easier to remove

If you are treating a wart or verruca, do not let anyone else use the emery board or pumice stone as the infection may spread to them

n

Do not use this medicine anywhere on or near your face, armpits, breasts, bottom or genital (sex) area
nDo not use this medicine on birthmarks, moles, warts with hairs growing from them or any other spots

n

If you use more SALALIN

nIf you apply more SALALIN or if someone else has applied your medicine, talk to your doctor immediately and you may need Medical attention

nIf you forget to use SALALIN
n
nIf you occasionally forget to use this product, just carry on using it when you remember. Do not take a double dose
n
nIf you stop using SALALIN
n
nDo not stop using SALALIN without consulting your doctor

Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.

n• Tenderness at the treated area
n• Blemish on the skin
n• Irritation
n

nStore at room temperature (15-25°C)
nDo not use this medicine after the expiry date
nDo not use if you notice some visible signs of medicine deterioration
