Tell your doctor before taking this medicine, if you:

nAre allergic to Isotretinoin or to any other ingredients of this medicine
nHave mental problems, asthma or diabetes
nHave liver or heart disease
nHave bone loss (osteoporosis) or weak bones
nHave anorexia nervosa, an eating problem where people eat too little
nHave food or medicine allergies
nAre undergoing cosmetic procedures to smooth your skin, including waxing, dermabrasion, or laser procedures

PREGNANCY & BREAST FEEDING

SAFERET 5MG must not be used by women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. SAFERET 5MG causes severe birth defects like deformed babies, loss of a baby before birth (miscarriage), death of the baby, and early (premature) births
nTell your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or planning to become pregnant

INTERACTIONS:

nTetracycline antibiotics
nProgestin-only birth control pills
nPhenytoin used to treat fits
nCorticosteroid medicines

nThe amount of SAFERET 5MG you take has been specially chosen for you. It is based on your body weight, and may change during treatment
nSwallow SAFERET 5MG whole with a full glass of water

If you take more SAFERET 5MG

nIf you take more SAFERET 5MG, call your doctor right away

nIf you forget to take SAFERET 5MG

nIf you miss a dose, just skip that dose. Do not take two doses at the same time

nIf you stop taking SAFERET 5MG

nDo not stop taking this medicine without consulting your doctor
