PEROWASH 2.50% is used to treat Acne which often refer to as pimples or spots

Talk to your doctor before taking PEROWASH 2.50%, If you

nAre allergic to benzoyl peroxide or any of the other ingredients of this medicine
n

PREGNANCY AND BREAST-FEEDING

n

Tell your doctor, if you are using,

nOther acne medicines containing tretinoin, isotretinoin or tazarotene
nSulphonamide-containing products such as dapsone and sulfacetamide
n

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

n

Always use this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you
nWash the affected area with a mild skin cleanser and water, and gently pat your skin dry
nApply the medicine in a thin layer once or twice a day to all the affected areas

n

If you have sensitive skin apply the medicine once daily before going to bed

n

You should try to avoid exposure to strong sunlight while using PEROWASH 2.50%

n

If exposure is unavoidable, use a suitable sunscreen lotion and apply PEROWASH 2.50% in the evening
nRemember to wash the affected area before use

n

If you use more PEROWASH 2.50%

nIf you have taken more PEROWASH 2.50% than you should, talk to your doctor immediately

nIf you forget to use PEROWASH 2.50%
n
nIf you forget to use your medicine at the right time
n
nWhen you remember, start using the product again, in the same way as before
n
nIf you stop taking PEROWASH 2.50%
n
nDo not stop taking the PEROWASH 2.50% until the doctor has told you to do so

SIDE EFFECTS OF PEROWASH 2.50%:

Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them

SIDE EFFECTS OF PEROWASH 2.50%:

SERIOUS

n

• Raised and itchy rash (hives)
n• Swelling of the face, eyes, lips, tongue or mouth (angioedema), having difficulty in breathing
n• Fainting
n• Severe redness, itching or peeling of the skin occurs, or you experience face swelling

n

COMMON

n

• Itching of the skin (pruritus)
n• Pain of the skin (pain, stinging)
n• Skin irritation (irritant contact dermatitis)

n
n

UNCOMMON

n

• Dry skin
n• Skin redness
n• Peeling of the skin
n• Burning sensation of the skin
n• Allergic contact dermatitis

n
n
