Tell your doctor before taking this medicine, if you:

nAre allergic to Isotretinoin or to any other ingredients of this medicine
nHave mental problems, asthma or diabetes
nHave liver or heart disease
nHave bone loss (osteoporosis) or weak bones
nHave anorexia nervosa, an eating problem where people eat too little
nHave food or medicine allergies
nAre undergoing cosmetic procedures to smooth your skin, including waxing, dermabrasion, or laser procedures

PREGNANCY & BREAST FEEDING

ISAC 10MG must not be used by women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. ISAC 10MG causes severe birth defects like deformed babies, loss of a baby before birth (miscarriage), death of the baby, and early (premature) births
nTell your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or planning to become pregnant

DRIVING & USING MACHINES

ISAC 10MG may decrease your ability to see in the dark
nDo not drive or use machines unless you know how this medicine affects you

INTERACTIONS:

Tell your doctor about all the medicines you take including prescription and non-prescription, herbal supplements.

nEspecially tell your doctor if you are taking,

nVitamin A supplements
nTetracycline antibiotics
nProgestin-only birth control pills
nPhenytoin used to treat fits
nCorticosteroid medicines

DIRECTIONS & FOR USE:

Always take ISAC 10MG exactly as prescribed by your doctor
nThe amount of ISAC 10MG you take has been specially chosen for you. It is based on your body weight, and may change during treatment
nSwallow ISAC 10MG whole with a full glass of water

If you take more ISAC 10MG

nIf you take more ISAC 10MG, call your doctor right away

nIf you forget to take ISAC 10MG

nIf you miss a dose, just skip that dose. Do not take two doses at the same time

nIf you stop taking ISAC 10MG

nDo not stop taking this medicine without consulting your doctor
