Tell your doctor before taking this medicine, if you:

nAre allergic to Isotretinoin or to any other ingredients of this medicine
nHave mental problems, asthma or diabetes
nHave liver or heart disease
nHave bone loss (osteoporosis) or weak bones
nHave anorexia nervosa, an eating problem where people eat too little
nHave food or medicine allergies
nAre undergoing cosmetic procedures to smooth your skin, including waxing, dermabrasion, or laser procedures

PREGNANCY & BREAST FEEDING

GLOTRET 10MG must not be used by women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. GLOTRET 10MG causes severe birth defects like deformed babies, loss of a baby before birth (miscarriage), death of the baby, and early (premature) births
